Oceanfront mid century modern renovation. Siska Aurand was tasked with adding a pool as part of a home renovation. Due to setbacks we were only able to obtain zoning approval for a pool in the front yard. This lead to this ‘pool as a fountain’ concept as well as having the pool out of the ground as you arrive.
