Mosaic Apartments is part of the Summit Point development as part of Dollar Tree Headquarters. This is an enclosed courtyard on the ground level. Siska Aurand designed the courtyard, coordinated with the architect on building connections, views, sun angles and provided construction drawings. This pool is a raised rim flow pool with gutter as the central feature.
